[Case Study] Hand Spray (Western Confectionery Manufacturer)

Improving the reproducibility of the spray! Introduction of a case that significantly reduced labor costs and the consumption of fruit sauce.

We would like to introduce a case where a Western confectionery manufacturer, which has a wide range of confectionery products, implemented a hand spray gun and a heated pressure tank unit. For the crepe-type cakes, the process of applying fruit sauce was done manually with a brush. Since it was not possible to apply a precise amount, the actual application often resulted in excessive coating to ensure it did not fall below the specified amount. As a result of introducing the hand spray gun and heated pressure tank unit, many issues were resolved by switching from manual brush application to the hand gun, leading to improvements in quality due to increased reproducibility.
